14kt yellow gold (56 zolotnik). Case with a hinged lid set with 42 small, round cut rubies and a foiled colored stone cabochon (probably ruby) as a pusher. Kokoschnik mark with assay master A. Richter, MZ: "JR". Approx. 182.9 g. Slight scratches and slightly dented.
